NetConnect Business Edition
NetConnect Business Edition (BE) is Bank of Texas' answer to providing your emerging business with cost effective cash management services. By using the Internet, you now have the ability to access your accounts, transfer funds, send a Stop payment request, initiate repetitive wires, send direct deposits to your employee's accounts, and electronically pay vendors. All of this "corporate" ability is now available to empower your business at an affordable price.
Balance
Reporting
- Previous Day balances are reported in NetConnect Business Edition Quick Reports. Up to 90 days of prior history is available.
- The Multi-Day Statement report creates a statement for reporting a date range of transactions per account or accounts.
- Same Day Quick Reports updates your previous day balances with current day ACH debits or credits throughout each business day to keep your business advised of any ACH transactions impacting your cash position.
Funds Transfer
- The ACH Module empowers you to create payment files for processing through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. Payment types include direct deposits payroll, vendor payments, cash concentration, cash disbursement, and tax payments.
- The Book Transfer Module provides the ability to transfer funds between accounts at Bank of Texas. Book Transfers entered in NetConnect Business Edition by 5:00pm CT are processed same day but can be effective dated up to 30 days for future posting.
- The Money Transfer Module allows authorized users the ability to initiate real-time money transfers between accounts at different financial institutions or affiliate banks.
- The Stop Payment Module enables you to make inquiries on checks, issue Stop Pay instructions, and cancel previously placed stops.
Security is of utmost importance to Bank of Texas and our business customers. NetConnect Business Edition is available only on Internet browsers with 128 Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and requires four pieces of unique information to access the system.
